Layout wrong when selecting "Bleeding or Bruising"

Bug Description

When setting the symptom "Bleeding or Bruising" to YES, new fields appear that allow the user to provide more detailed information about the bleeding or bruising.

Those new fields appear above the "Bleeding or Bruising" line in between other symptoms, which makes it more difficult to realize that they are there now.

They should appear below the line where you make the selection.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open any case of Guinea Worm
  2. Go to "Symptoms"
  3. Set "Bleeding or Bruising" to YES

Expected Behavior

The new fields should appear between the line "Bleeding or Bruising" and "oral ulcers" and the line for "Buboes in the groin, armpit or neck" and "Other clinical symptoms"
