user role_ incorrect error message if user do not have the right SORMAS_UI

Bug Description

If a user do not have the right SORMAS_UI and tries to log in an error message appears then an error message appears prompting the user to check and enter the password again. The poor user can enter his correct password a thousand times and will still never be able to log in. In the worst case the admin will not know that the user needs the right SORMAS_UI and will think the generation of the password in SORMAS does not work correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a user without the right SORMAS_UI
  2. Try to log in as this user

Expected Behavior

An error message appears informing the user that he do not have the access on the SORMAS UI.
