[Feature Request] Add a "'new version" notification for dashs

Add a version and a "latest version" URL to the dash.

Hi! Just to share my experience with the update notification. It's been a few weeks and a couple updates of my dash since I added it. I'm using a Github raw file address as you suggested, the current dash version in a prop added by my plugin and the notification is displayed on the idle screen only. Everything works fine on my end, and I could not break it while testing. That said, I had 0 feedback, positive or negative. I'll take that as a good sign, granted my "user base" is quite small. It looks all good, but stil,l for piece of mind sake, I'll remove it from the dash if you add a built in feature to SimHub,

Was there any resolution to this? I'd like to know if there's anything more robust that we could use as a "New Version" notification...
