Updated dependencies

As you can see on https://libraries.io/github/Rumyra/browserapis.wtf#dependencies, there were quite a few outdated dependencies, I updated middleman-syntax and ran bundle update.

The only thing I didn't update was middleman itself to 4.0.0 as there's quite a lot of breaking changes that require lots of config updates.
