Implement OAuth Providers

The first version could be only setting up custom OAuth providers, being able to set all its fields should be enough (see screenshot bellow).

But the ideal implementation for me should be being able to register loginHandlers like this

Can you also open an issue at https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Apps-ts-definition/issues and define what options are required and where to look for examples in the current code base? And maybe name the issue "Define oAuth"
