menuSubItem Icon Appears Left of menuItem Icon when NavBar is Collapsed

Issue: If you have a menuSubItem with icon and collapse the navbar, the menuSubItem icon is moved to the left and is farther left than the higher level menuItem icon.

Expected behavior: When collapsed the menuSubItem icon would remain indented.
