Getting false recognitions

Hi Have you tried the model for Indian faces? I am trying to use this for a project for student attendance project but it recognises falsely almost 10-15% of time, which is not good. Is there any way I can improve the recognition even if it makes recognition slower or stricter in terms of pose etc?
