Modifiable texture UV inspector preview

Using UI Elements, we could create an inspector preview and editor for UVs in the inspector, similar to Trenchbroom's.
This would allow quick edits without having to switch tools and potentially provide extra control that would be nonviable in the scene view.
If we build a 2D shape editor, we probably could re-use some of the code for this (or the other way around)
And yes, we should definitely do this! It'll help for those those situations where you need to precisely place a texture on a surface/multiple surfaces that have a difficult shape
Awesome, was reminded of this feature because of #107, which is handy but this would make it practical
