因为预览模式下只能劫持自己的行为，无法劫持ob的默认行为，所以它会自动将 encode 后的 url 传到 surfing，一般情况下不会主动对该 url 进行 decode，后续我看一下要不要修改一下，这个对你的使用有产生什么实质性的影响吗？

应该是bug，事实上现在的复制高亮链接的算法是我自己抄着实现的，希望有时间能再琢磨一下怎么最有效地实现原生的算法进去。
