Forward-slash key currently focuses on Address bar, needs to be changeable
Description
Currently in 0.8.10, when a Surfing tab is focused, and the carat is within the page, typing the key / immediately selects the address bar at the top.
This is useful functionality, but the hotkey needs to be changeable. On some websites it breaks the functionality of the website. Example, using a / key on Notion.so provides a list of actions to take, which I use regularly, but then Surfing takes priority on the hotkey and instead selects the address bar.
I propose that you remove the hardcode of that feature, and instead make it a toggleable setting, or a customizable hotkey. This way, people can either turn it on or off, and/or assign it to their own hotkey (perhaps matching it to their favorite browser's default hotkey for the function. e.g. focusing the address bar in Firefox on Windows is Ctrl+L)

Surfing did have a command to focus on current header bar. And I add a new ignore list setting in settings to make people to ignore / key in specific websites. It is available in 0.8.11 now.
Would you please offer a new setting to disable this completely? I use / very frequently in many sites, and I do not think it is a good idea to force a blacklist system for a feature that cannot be otherwise disabled.
Either that, or offer a setting to change the hotkey from / to something else the user desires.
I concur, I expected blocklist to be also an option to disable if you put a * in the blocklist, but it did not stop search bar triggering when I am just typing a slash in the comment, form field, or search field on any site.
