Under KDE, app menu has a border and pops up in the wrong place

R4.2

Brief summary

Under KDE, the app menu has a border (like a normal application) and spawns in the center of the screen (which is wrong).

Steps to reproduce

Use KDE Wayland Session.

Expected behavior

App menu appears where it is expected to.

Actual behavior

See above.

It isn't officially yet. But we'd like to start supporting it (at least to some extend) in R4.3, so this is about what needs to be fixed. I guess affects-4.2 label is misplaced in this case. But should it be maybe enhancement instead of bug? not sure...

In this case, I think we can use affects-4.3, under the assumption that 4.3 can plausibly be called an "advanced developer pre-alpha preview build" or something. :)

That's a KDE / Wayland problem, not on the menu side, the menu has correct properties set.

I think it is specifically a “GTK3 and Wayland interact badly” problem, but still my responsibility @marmarta.
