Recent versions are missing from `CHANGELOG.md` and GitHub Releases

At time of writing, CHANGELOG.md only records versions up to 2.5.3, plus the unreleased 2.6.0: 2.5.4 and 2.5.5 are missing. I note that 2.5.4 was "yanked" from PyPI, but it should still be recorded; 2.5.5 certainly should.

Additionally, v2.5.5 is not recorded as a "release": https://github.com/pylint-dev/pylint-django/releases
