[SPELL] Shadowstep | Rogue

Description:

Shadowstep is working but not as intended.

Current behaviour:

You can use Shadowstep on NPCs, Vendors, Guards etc. Even if you don't have a target you can use shadowstep.

Expected behaviour:

You need a target to use shadowstep, a mobs or player from another faction.

I believe shadowstep can be used on friendly targets/npcs

yes shadow step should be usable on friendly targets. for example you could use a macro /cast [target=Party1] shadowstep
