[SPELL/WARRIOR/ARMS] Unbridled Wrath

Current behaviour:

Unbridled Wrath(143268) does nothing.

Expected behaviour:

Read tooltip.

Spell to be triggered: Unbridled Wrath(29842)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a warrior
2. Make a rogue
3. Duel > from rogue cast Cheap Shot > on warrior see that you do not regenerate 15 rage over 10 seconds.
