Matrices of MappingProjections created through add_backpropagation_learning_pathway use FULL_CONNECTIVITY_MATRIX and not RANDOM_CONNECTIVITY_MATRIX

Should resolve this so that the matrices of MappingProjections in learning compositions are random on instantiation.
