No toggle orbs, and mod interferance

Toggle orbs don't work after replaying a bot. They are supposed to work. If you have xdBot but not OpenHack, there will be a pulse behind the orbs when a bot is being played, but if you have both, there will not, whether the bot was from xdBot or OpenHack, still.
