You seem to be using a very old version of OptiFabric. Use the game version filter on the files page, then select the latest version. It may say "1.19.2 +14"...

Got a latest.log? Chances are that you need to downgrade Fabric API to 0.88.1.

My bad. A latest.log would still help in reproducing this.
