Silent Failure on 1.2.7 Header

Looks like there's a silent failure when running the samples using the 1.2.7 header. For some reason, there is no corresponding 1.2.7 API reference document either ...

The test suite throws some assertions related to clSetKernelArg(..).

Also affects the 1.2.8 header. Will attempt to upgrade to cl2.hpp at some point in the future, pending OpenCL 2.0 support from Apple.
