It's quite engaging to have everyone be expected to participate in something fairly fun and easy: a poll. Some tools gamify it, others show real-time stats of who voted for what, and more:

I have used kahoot.it for years. I use it for trivia games and also for polls

We used this to good effect in https://github.com/Polkadot-Blockchain-Academy/pba-content/commit/9f973232537e62d07fcde14c48ddef57163f73c2 for reference. Quite easy to setup.

but it's a bit too slow on it's normal pace of presenting questions IMHO. If there is a way to tweak this, great. If not, the leader should for sure run this in a full beta test to get a feel for timing before using in prod ;)
