Can we automatically label sequences for PLOTSR?

Description of feature

Currently, PLOTSR takes the first least common number of sequences from each assembly's labels file and labels them sequentially as Chr1, Chr2, etc.

Can we perform an alignment to create a mapping between assembly sequences rather than using the sequential order?

This will be challenging for cases involving more than two input assemblies.
