[Bug] Scroll jumps up randomly sometimes

After one of the recent system updates I began facing the following issue: focused window sometimes jumps up by page or so, whenever I move the mouse or scroll page down/up slightly.

It seems to happen system-wide, at least I detected this behavior in Firefox, VS Code and IntelliJ IDEA. And I couldn't find the circumstances to reproduce it, it seems to happen randomly - sometimes I work on a PC for 30 mins without misbehaves, and sometimes scroll jumps each few minutes.

I tried several logiops versions - stable releases 0.2.3, 0.2.2 and latest version from GitHub repo, but they all seem to cause this issue. But when I kill logid proccess in system task monitor, issue doesn't occur anymore.

System versions: KDE neon 5.22 KDE Frameworks: 5.83.0 Qt: 5.15.3 Linux kernel: 5.8.0-59-generic

I tried to turn off the mouse and re-connect it to PC, then it works well.
