I experience that currently breaktime supervisions are attached to the lesson after the break and not to the time in between different lessons. However, it is not stated to which breaktime slot the item belongs to. Such items are correctly allocated in Webuntis.

Same problem here. The breaktime supervision is shown in the lesson before the break.

Is there any school where you can view the breaktime supervisions anonymously for me to inspect the API data?

You'd either have to compile the app yourself and use the debugger or setup a local proxy with a custom SSL certificate. However, the latter requires a rooted phone to move the certificate to system storage.
