Update German and Czech translations to 2.3.0 version

Basically English and Polish translations are up to date but we cannot say the same about Czech and German translations. Czech is missing some words at least since v2.0.0 and German was never really finished. Either remove those two additional languages and focus on the two we already have or provide good translation.
