[Fast Animations] [Enhancement] Speed up planting animations ($10 bounty)

Hi, guys. I would like for the Fast Animations mod to allow decreasing the planting cooldown when holding left click and dragging across tiles with seeds and interacting with kegs and other such objects. I use a 1.5x movement speed mod which makes it so every 2-5 tiles it misses a spot if I hold down the mouse and run across my farm. Right-click drag seems to work, but that's a pain because I accidentally pick up my sprinklers. I will pay a $10 bounty if this feature is added in such a way that it fixes that problem with the Movement Speed mod with the speed multiplier set to 1.6x (some headroom above the setting I use).
