I think the website may have died

Cant navigate around the website :/

Thanks for reporting this bug.

I have noticed it too. Since updating to a newer VuePress version, whenever a new built is created the "Refresh content" pop-up no longer shows and navigation is broken.

For now, a hard refresh (control/cmd + shift + R) seems to fix the problem.

I'll leave this issue open as a reminder that this is something that needs to be addressed.
