Can you install the branch that allows it? https://github.com/PMassicotte/eemR/tree/fi
Hi there. Good catch. I am up for a PR whenever you want 👍
Hi. Are you able to run the examples provided in the package help?
If `eem_read()` works on your data, it should return an object of class `eemlist`. Your data should be organized (not mandatory, but will help for automatic correction) as this: https://github.com/PMassicotte/eemR/tree/main/inst/extdata/cary...
Maybe some information for you here: https://pmassicotte.github.io/eemR/articles/introduction.html
Can you provide an example using package eems data?
Looks like another PR was merged, I will close mine.
This is interesting, I am also playing with both packages. I have noticed [some difference in performance](https://www.pmassicotte.com/posts/2024-05-01-query-s3-duckplyr/#bonus-comparing-the-performance-with-dbplyr) between these two libraries. I found out that `dbplyr` was a bit faster...
Thank you @krlmlr for looking. This is what I have as plan: ``` r library(duckdb) #> Loading required package: DBI library(dplyr) #> #> Attaching package: 'dplyr' #> The following objects...
It should/will return `sf` by default in the next release. I will push the change early next week.
