Add DSA-Java Prep links

Hey there! Am currently learning DSA in Java with the help of Communities and Open Source. Am opening this issue because to help the Folks who is currently learning DSA and trying to solve problems in Leetcode as well as other Problem Solving platforms. Am also eager to add Resources link and very much waiting to see other folks learning resources.
