Yeah this is a bug, this happens when Google Charts receives an empty array: `data.addRows([]);` that's something that Google Charts should handle, instead of breaking. :(

unfortunately windows is not supported, i no longer own a personal windows machine and cloud-based windows ci/cd is not super easy to come by
