Allow for the possibility to see simulation results without rerunning the entire simulation

Yea this is useful. Question is what it'd look like. Do you add a special "run" button separate from the "next" button, or do you decide to rerun based on if the settings were changed, or something else? The first one is a bit clunky, the second could lead to cases where it doesn't do what you want.
