External image menu doesn't work in Live Preview mode

Currently this only works in reading mode. I'd love to have the image context menu in live preview mode as well!

Do local files also not work in live preview or is it just online image embeds? I can reproduce the online issue, but local ones work fine for me.

Local files are working fine for me in live preview. Almost all my images are embeds, so I didn't realize this until you asked!
