when I run "tie register" I get an error saying the file "register.py" cannot be found. What did I do wrong?

The current implementation may be bad compatibility (Development Environment : Windows 10 1703). next major version will - ~~set both explorer and terminal inside a container window.~~ (cannot works perfect)...
