release of fmi4cpp and spack packaging

Dear @markaren thank you very much for your work on fmi4cpp, it is very valuable to us (for https://github.com/feelpp/feelpp). We have managed to deploy thousands of FMU in parallel and do city energy modeling.

I was wondering if a release of fmi4cpp is on your roadmap?

I have packaged fmi4cpp for spack so that we can deploy our simulation on HPC systems, check it out here https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/47240 it would be nice to push a release and not a pre-release
