Not a valid ERC-20 token
I created an ERC20 contract, verified by EtherScan, and I can't add it to MEW. I could add it successfully to MetaMask and Parity.
Address: 0x96966f00bf7693551e11ed91a904651a1ca66c8e Symbol: JC Decimals: 18
Thanks
Can you give us a bit more detail? What happens when you try to add it?
I'm not sure what to describe, here are some screenshots:

Here's the token on EtherScan: https://etherscan.io/address/0x96966f00bf7693551e11ed91a904651a1ca66c8e I can see my balance under balanceOf() function.
Thanks
Weird. I just added it using
0x96966f00bf7693551e11ed91a904651a1ca66c8e JC 18
and it worked.....
Can you try again?
Must have been a Firefox issue or one of its extensions, I tried with Chrome and it worked. Thank you!
Wait, I tried again and it has the same problem, in Chrome. The first time it showed my token balance, then deleted it, then the second time it says "Not a valid ERC-20 token"
Very interesting. Can you try to reproduce and screenshot the settings you were using to get that error. I don't doubt you, just trying to figure out how to best troublehsoot
Hi Taylor I am having the same problem as above with CTX tokens and don't know what to do? It shows not a valid token. Is there anything else I can try? Help :(
im having the same problem in google chrome my tokens appear like no valids tokens, but in safari they work like a charm.
I was experiencing this in Chrome, and I resolved it by clearing my browser's localStorage. I think this issue happens when switching between an ETH wallet and an ETC wallet (I'm using TREZOR, if that matters).
Hi everyone, can I add testnet token into the myetherwallet add custom token
