Recovery screen is not triggering anymore

We've had multiple issues of something panicing in the federation setup since we moved around the initialization code and now the setup is stalling without falling back to an error screen.

Have you tried adding the federation in question?

yeah that actually causes a different problem.

it errors when I try to add it: Screenshot 2024-02-22 at 6 15 17 PM

but it seems the federation stays in storage and now the wallet can't start up anymore:

The underlying issue of crashes during setup was never resolved, no.
