Activity stops loading

So far this has happened multiple times on iOS and at least one time on android w/ brave.

Sync Wallet does not fix it. The work around is export and import and that seems to work but a very terrible work around.

I'm not sure this is a frontend problem but i can try to prove that. Would be nice to figure out a repro

Maybe it doesn't load because of the rwlock?

Putting temp trace logs on activity refreshing might be required until we figure it out.

can we close this? the most recent time this was happening was fixed by #953. haven't seen it since
