Respawn in Overworld from Nether/End
This is Vanilla behaviour. It will only set the respawnWorld if the worlds are named correctly and no links between the worlds are set.
This fixes Multiverse/Multiverse-Core#2160.
I'm converting this PR to a draft, as it will need to be amended after #163.
A Suggestion is to compare world seeds to find the correct linked worlds and set the value of respawnWorld for the player when the world is added.
