Add support for Pairing command

Supports the 'pair' command in new Teams, which triggers the popup for permission and starts generating tokens. (See issue #5)

Also adds support for running on MacOS

There seems to be newline whitespace inconsistencies in the file that was making the PR a bit tricky. Apologies for a few extra lines being included in the commit than I meant there to be
