Recording does not restart if streamer restarts the stream

Describe the bug It happened a few times already: the streamer restarts the stream, either because of technical problems or there's a drop in the connection for some reason and recording just stops and never starts again

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I'm not sure if it's going to be easily reproducible, in every case the interruption was not planned and was the result of a glitch on the streamer's side or similar

1. Watch a stream
2. Stream ends abruptly
3. Stream is restarted
4. Recording does not start

Expected behavior The recording should continue or restart in such a case.
