Can not generate ZBOT .nav files

ZBOTs enjoy learning the new maps and will learn again and again if we don't provide with .nav file.

It occurs when current .bsp is in cstrike/maps but the game searchs .nav from csmoe/maps.

Solution: move all the maps from cstrike/maps into csmoe/maps
