Yes, I always use it locally. It is a bit harder to use as an action than just clang-format, but using it locally before pushing is always welcome.
A dedicated branch and hopefully not much manual work if git can automerge.

I am trying to compile it on windows, with MinGW instead.
Windows builds only support Clang and MinGW, MSVC isn´t possible as C code is C99 and MSVC doesnt implement C99 fully so redoing all the C code feels extra work...
Did you try the other side of the paper? An user on the forum found a paper that was reversed and had to put it on the opposite side.
