We need the issue for visibility, @jmeyer2k. I'm not necessarily for or against react/a different framework, but remember that limits a lot of contributions. I'd be fine with just modularizing...

I'm going to agree with @jadbalout that it's too much for now, but we should look into a UI rework to make sorting a lot easier and more user-friendly.
