Diagnostics Updates Sept/Oct 2021

Based on the issues that where found in #91 some diagnostics changes should be made to help speed up identifying the issues.

1. Create a dedicated diagnostic section in the configuration.
2. Move and integrate a Cache display page(s) into diag. section
3. Move and integrate the Logs List into the diag. section
4. Add health/ping page
5. Add single line logging of connection sting and status (backend) and displaying to the diag. page (frontend)
