preset plotter settings for 5, huge, custom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. customer asked "where do i set the huge settings?" Uh oh.

Describe the solution you'd like preset values in app for 5, huge, and custom. each can be changed. defaults should NOT be changeable, should offer to save as a new preset.

might need a way to delete presets, but this gets tricky. easier in v1 to tell them "delete preset file x off your computer" than to risk them deleting permanent presets by accident.
