[WIP] Create a Web-Version

The goal is not only to have a landing page for the tool, but also to offer a web version besides the Windows version.

• [x] Create Basic Neos Plugin with Spotify Authentication
• [x] Styling for the Frontpage
• [ ] Create viewer
• [ ] Create editor
• [ ] Add css editor

Switch to a different git for this project. Working on a Neos Plugin that provide all function that I need. Current progress looks good so far.
