Describe the bug: Phone goes into safe mode

Process To Reproduce: Each time I connect to a Bluetooth device the phone goes into safe mode until I disable Lynx and respring then I can use my Bluetooth device as normal. I also have to forget the device from Bluetooth before re-enabling Lynx again even if Bluetooth is disabled or phone will still go into safe mode.

If I’m already in safe mode then I have to forget the Bluetooth device first then get out of safe mode to disable Lynx.
