[Feature Request] Add enable pinned apps option

Feature Request

Instead of enabling the pinned apps on spotlight automatically when enabling the springboard section, it should have an option.

The reason for this is that pinned apps feature disables other 3d touch options in the spotlight Siri suggestions & top hits.

Another reason is a bug I think, which breaks the quick action like "go" when searching for an app, It'll show "go" text on the search bar which indicates that you can press search button in the kbd to open the app.
