[Bug] Permanent dark mode broken for some apps

Describe the bug:

Turning on always dark interface breaks the UI of some apps, like the Settings app.

Process To Reproduce:

Turn on always dark interface for the settings app, turn on dark mode, kill the app from the app switcher, open the app.
