OG bug: Lara says "No" when selecting guns or usable items in front of a keyhole

Guns, medi packs and flares are affected.

Additional note:

In TR1, if Lara use the Scion on a keyhole/puzzle hole, she will says "No". Apparently this is an OG bug but walkawayy is looking into maintaining this behaviour.

The Seraph and Mask of Tornarsuk may be affected by the same bug since both pickups are carried by Lara through multiple levels - like the Scion. This is something to keep in mind for when the issue gets worked on.
