Feature request: Change child comments indicator colors

The current behavior is that all child comments have the same color. Also what is the sorting order the comment and their replies because I use Harmonic app too and the replies are not in the se order as Hacki.

FYI, Hacki used to do this before v2.0.0 which introduced accent color customization. As for order, we are just rendering things based on what we got from Hacker News api.
