Docs should mention homebridge-wink3?

It's my understanding that all future work on homebridge is being done under the "homebridge-wink3" project. If this is true, it would be good to mention this at the beginning of the docs here, so people don't waste time installing old software when there's a newer version out. If this understanding is not true, feel free to close this issue. Thanks!

The author of this plugin is currently MIA. That was the whole reason the Wink2 and Wink3 plugins came to development not only are they a complete code rewrite but that Kraigm is MIA and couldn't be contacted to get a merge going.
